How do I pay for Hubl?
You can set up a Direct Debit for your Hubl subscription. Plans are priced per site — unlimited users always included. Multi-site discounts are available.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans. Just 30 days’ notice to cancel. To change your plan, contact us at support@cfscompliance.co.uk or call 0845 026 7745.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every Hubl plan includes zero setup fees. You’re up and running the moment you subscribe.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is the equivalent of paying for 11 months and getting 12 — saving you one month’s subscription. You pay annually upfront.
Do you offer multi-site pricing?
Yes. Special pricing is available for multi-site groups. Get in touch and we’ll put together a package that fits your portfolio.
What is Venti Plus?
Venti Plus is our complete 360° food safety package, available on a 12-month contract. It includes everything in Venti plus a personalised FSMS and HSMS built by our consultants, and our food safety helpline. Document amendments within the first year and the first annual review are all included.
